Time for A Change Community Diaper Bank is a nonprofit group started in March 2020. We are based in the Greater Cleveland area.

What We Do

We provide diapers to families in need, raise awareness about diaper disparity, and advocate for a long-term solution to the great diaper shortage in our community.

Our Mission

The mission of Time For a Change Community Diaper Bank is to provide emergency diapers, disposable underwear and menstrual supplies to local residents in need; to educate the public about diaper disparity, teach proper diapering technique; and to advocate for low-cost, high quality, eco-friendly, disposable incontinence products.

Our Goals

We will start by helping local families in need

We will gain the support of local individuals and businesses to help us reach that goal

We will educate the public about diaper need

We will expand our program to meet the intergenerational incontinence products needs of our local community

Diaper Need

WHAT IS DIAPER NEED?

• Diaper need is the lack of a sufficient amount of diapers to keep a baby clean, dry and healthy.

• Babies require up to 12 diapers a day; toddlers 8.

THE CONSEQUENCES OF DIAPER NEED

• Remaining too long in a soiled diaper can expose a baby to health risks.

• Parents who struggle with diaper need often cannot send their babies to daycare and end up missing work.

• Families facing the lack of this basic need suffer from mental and emotional distress.
